Cars Burglarized at Palmer Square, Holmdel

Cash taken sometime Friday night.

 

Holmdel Police received a report early Saturday morning that cars were broken into and cash stolen at Palmer Square in Holmdel.

Police do not have any suspects at this time. The incident is under investigation.

The cars were entered sometime after 10:30 p.m. Friday night and Saturday morning. Owners reported various amounts of cash and change were taken. But electronic devices, such as cell phones, chargers and GPS units, were left behind.

Anyone with further information is asked to contact the Holmdel Township Police Detective Bureau at 732-946-4400.

In a message to Neighborhood Watch Captains, the police department said, "The Holmdel Police Department strongly advises all residents to lock your car doors at all times."
